Refund Policy

Pricing and Validity

All prices remain valid for 7 days from the date of this quote.

Effective Date

The date this Agreement takes legal effect is the date 7 days after Digital Retail Consultants has accepted the signed Proposal by receiving a payment.

Payment Terms

A 100% payment of one-time setup fee is due at the time of acceptance of this agreement.

Unless Digital Retail Consultants, LLC is notified, the integration will be considered accepted 7 days after it has been delivered or immediately after the Trial period is over.

To execute this agreement, please email a signed scanned copy of this document. This quote is an estimate of the cost to build and implement your project.  The quote is based on an understanding of your required functionality.  During the design, build and implementation phase of this project, details specific to your project may arise that are unknown today. Unknown details or added functionality during production can affect the final cost of the set-up and monthly fees.  We will quote any project revisions and ask for your approval prior to implementing.

Support Fees

Support, including system administration & maintenance and application support, is included with our monthly maintenance, hosting and support plan.


No title or ownership of Omnichannel Commerce software in the form of Octopus shall pass to the Client.  No refunds will be made after 14-days of signing this quote.

Termination of Services

The maintenance contract can be terminated without penalty with one month’s written notice.

Dispute Resolutions

Any disputes in excess of $2500 arising out of this agreement shall be submitted to arbitration before a mutually agreed-upon arbitrator in the State of Delaware, USA. The Client shall pay all arbitration and court costs, reasonable attorney’s fees and legal interest on any award of judgment in favor of Digital Retail Consultants, LLC.
